MIRRORS OF [NON] EXISTENCE – D-compositions year 2015
Death is something we all have to face, in death our ‘face’ becomes a skull.
In ‘mirrors of [non]existence’ the shape of a skull symbolises a person’s mortality.
The playful variations in the work deliberately draw the attention of the viewer and at the same time deduce the severity around the topic.
Reflecting surfaces project the viewer’s portrait into the work, evoking a feeling of recognition and awareness.
De expo zal plaatsvinden in het CLUJ Museum of Art :
